ATTENTION:
*The FFA Christmas Party and December meeting will be December 1st from 5:30-7:30pm. Please watch sportsYou for any updates. We hope to see you there!
*Starting December 1st, FFA is kicking off the Give and Gather Drive, and we need YOUR help! Over Thanksgiving break, take a few minutes to look through your closets and pantries for things you don't use anymore but someone else might really need. This year especially, our community could use some support. The Giving Closet is empty, and the food pantry is running low on food and non-perishable items. Every little donation helps a family right here in our town. Swede Foundation teachers will share more info soon on which items are most needed. Let's show what Swedes can do—thank you for helping make a difference!
*Want to learn more about the finances and economic state of our country or maybe about weather patterns for the winter? Sign up for the Nebraska Bankers Conference with Mrs. Mosel today! It is December 9th in Kearney at the Younes Center. Only a few spots left!
*US Army will be having a Lunch Room Visit from 12:30-1:00 on Friday Jan 9, 2026 from 12:30pm – 1pm.

CONGRATULATIONS:
*Congratulations to the one act cast and crew on their SWC championship performance yesterday! The team not only won the performance part of the day, but they earned the outstanding technical production as well -- this is the second year that the SWC has considered that category and the second year that the Swedes have won it! Outstanding performers include Jack Aden, Mavrix Butterfield, Jenna Anderson, Logan Feather, Kaylee Olsen, Lathan Buesing, Dakota Warner, and Carson Reiman. Jack Aden was named one of the two Top Lead Performers for the day as well. If you haven't seen the show yet, you have two chances next week -- Tuesday night at 7:30 and during Swede Foundations on Thursday -- just don't say the name of the play three times!
